The Living Raw Retreat - Andalucia,Spain
THE LIVING RAW PROGRAM

Our program is based on the teachings of Ann Wigmore, The Hippocrates Health InstituteMax Gerson, Doug Graham, Arnold Ehret and Norman Walker which have proven to improve health and reverse disease through the use of living, raw, enzyme-rich foods and detoxification.

The foundation of this program lies in the superior nutrition supplied by living, raw, enzyme rich foods. This results in an improved immune system and more effective detoxification.

Throughout the day, fresh vegetable and sunflower sprout juices are available, which helps to detoxify and cleanse the blood and provides vitamins, minerals and amino acids to rebuild the body. Green smoothies, soups and beautiful salads with living, sprouted ingredients are also provided. Each evening a feast of fabulous gourmet raw food is prepared, incorporating flavours from around the world.
All our meals and drinks are organic or bio-natural, taste amazing and are freshly prepared.

The Living Raw Retreat is a three week health course in which the first and second weeks are based on the detoxification and educational program. Guests have the option to juice fast and do liver flush in the second week. The third week is for relaxation and to feel the benefits of and get used to the new lifestyle. The program based on three week courses as it has been proven that when changing unhealthy habits for healthy ones, a person is more likely to continue with the healthier lifestyle if it is followed for 21 days or more.

We know that some people cannot take that much time away from home and work commitments so of course, one week and two week courses are available and will still provide all the information for a better and healthier life.

The retreat is open at any time for people who are already raw foodists or already know about raw food and would just like a raw healthy holiday without the lessons, classes and demonstrations.
